Gay Guide Rouen

Rouen is a city in the North-West of France, crossed by the Seine. Prefecture of the Seine-Maritime department and the capital of Normandy, it was reunited after having been, from 1956 to 2015, that of Upper Normandy.

The Metropolis Rouen Normandie, is in number of inhabitants, the sixth metropolis of France and the second of the French Grand Ouest.
